Dementia Sales Advisor Course Details

    1. To provide a Dementia overview that enables you to infuse your expertise into the relationship building process with your customers

    2. Impart ideas, suggestions & guidance to enrich your efforts with clients either living with Dementia or who care for someone with Dementia

    3. To share approaches that guide your consultative conversations & pivot you from basic discussions to a person-centered style that recognizes their unique needs

    1. 5 hours of class time spread out over 2 days at the conference!

    2. Class day #1 - Monday November 14, 2022 - Noon-2pm. Boxed lunches will be served during this session. Consider it a 'learning lunch'

    3. Class day #2 - Tuesday November 15th, 2022 - 1:00pm - 4:00pm. Students will have time to complete the final exam before the end of class at 4pm

    4. All students must have a personal laptop/tablet to take the online final exam for the DSA course at the end of Day #2.
